Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes, cooked, from the previous day
  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • 8 slices of salami
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly dice the potatoes, onion, cucumbers, and sausage. Cut the salami into small slices. Lightly fry the onion, potatoes, sausage, and salami in a pan. Then add the cucumbers and season. In a bowl, beat the eggs vigorously with a fork and add a little salt. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fold in. Toss several times. Serve with salad.
