Dumpling hash brown with bratwurst and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 3 potato dumplings or bread dumplings
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 sausages
  • herb salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 parsley stalks

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious and easy leftover meal

Heat the butter in a pan. Cut the dumplings into half slices and fry until lightly browned. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into thin strips, then add it to the pan. Slice the sausages and add them. Season with herb salt, pepper, and paprika. Once everything is nicely browned, season the eggs with salt and pepper, whisk them in a bowl, and add them. Wash the parsley, finely chop it, and sprinkle it over the top. Season to taste and serve with salad. Leftovers can, of course, be customized.
