Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g sweet paprika powder
  • 6 g marjoram, shredded
  • 14 g onion(s), red, finely diced
  • 3 g white pepper, freshly ground
  • 85 g salt (hickory smoked salt)
  • 1 g nutmeg, ground
  • 2 g mustard seeds, ground, yellow
  • 40 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season the potato slices on both sides. I also crush the diced red onions in a mortar and pestle. This is purely a matter of taste. If time isn’t of the essence, I use fresh diced onions and recommend them as an alternative.
