Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 ml Balsamic vinegar, white
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 25 g cucumber(s)
- 25 g bell pepper(s), red
- 25 g bell pepper(s), yellow
- 10 g mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 20 g sugar
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the cucumber, along with the bell peppers. Puree the vinegar, mustard, cucumber, and bell peppers together and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Then combine with the oil, stir to make a vinaigrette, and season again.
