Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 400 g tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely grated
- 1 tbsp parsley, flat, finely chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 dashes Tabasco, alternatively: Sambal Oelek
- 3 dashes sesame oil, dark
- Salt
- 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the orange juice with ginger, parsley, soy sauce, Tabasco, oil, and sesame oil. Season the sauce with salt and toss with the tomatoes. Stir in the cilantro, if desired. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
