Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml syrup (woodruff)
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml orange liqueur, for children apple juice
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, lemonade for children
  • some raspberries, for decoration
  • some fresh mint for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for 10 champagne glasses, with non-alcoholic version

Mix the woodruff syrup with the water, lime juice, and orange liqueur and divide among 10 champagne glasses. Top with the champagne. To garnish, alternate raspberries and mint leaves on wooden skewers and place in the glass.
