Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 years or Anejo Reserva)
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 cl syrup (raw sugar syrup), possibly 2 cl, alternatively: fine white cane sugar
- Ice, in cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
Quarter the lime. Squeeze the juice into a large tumbler and add the lime segments to the glass. Squeeze the lime segments again with a wooden muddler. Add the rum and syrup (or cane sugar). Stir well with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir again. Serve with straws.
