Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s), possibly 2
  • 5 cl cachaça
  • Lime juice, to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar, brown, possibly also 2 tsp
  • Ice (Crushed Ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Quarter the lemons, squeeze them over a glass, and squeeze them again with the muddler in the glass. Add the brown sugar and cachaça and stir well. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add a little more lime juice, if desired. Stir well again. Serve with a straw.
