Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl liqueur (Aperol)
  • 3 cl lime juice, freshly squeezed, 1 cl lemon juice
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 4 cl mineral water
  • 1 tsp palm sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Lemon slice(s), for decoration
  • 1 cherry(s), fresh with stem or from the jar (canned), alternatively an imperial cherry, for decoration
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Glass: Long drink glass. Place 4 ice cubes in the glass. Add soda water. Add all other ingredients, except for the lemon and cherry garnish, to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into the glass, garnish, and serve.
