Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 ½ kg potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
- 3 bell peppers, diced
- 1 pack of onions (fried onions, 150 g)
- 2 packs of crab meat, river (250 g)
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise for salad
- 50 ml orange juice
- salt and pepper

First, boil the potatoes in salted water as usual and then slice them thinly. Then, place the potato slices in a large enough bowl and add the remaining ingredients (spring onions, bell peppers, fried onions, crayfish meat). Finally, in a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for the dressing (crème fraîche, yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, salt, and pepper) and pour over the potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
