Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 250 g minced pork
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. breadcrumbs

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
delicious egg in hearty minced meat
First, mix the ground beef and pork. Then, dice an onion and add it to the ground beef along with pepper, salt, and breadcrumbs. Divide the mixture into 4 roughly equal portions. Hard-boil the eggs. After peeling the eggs, place an egg in each meatball and seal tightly. Fry like meatballs. Serve with vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc.
