Scrambled Eggs Deluxe

- 4 Eggs (M)
- 12 Discs Bacon
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Tomato
- 50 g Grated Gouga (fresh)
- Chives fresh
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Muffin mold silicone
- 1 Splash Cream
- Cut the shallot into small rings. Remove the inside of the tomato and cut into small cubes. Also cut the chives into small pieces and grate the Gouda cheese. Whisk the eggs in a measuring beaker (which is easier to pour later ;-)) and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. If you want your egg fluffier, you can add a dash of cream!
- Line the muffin pan with 2 slices of bacon in a cross shape. Fill each mold about halfway with egg, distribute shallots, tomatoes and chives on the molds. If necessary, stir gently with a teaspoon. Finally sprinkle the cheese over it. Bake at 160 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
