Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp coffee powder, heaped (cappuccino powder)
- 2 bananas
- 6 handfuls of cornflakes
- 100 g almond(s), chopped OR:
- 100 g brittle (hazelnut)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with bananas and cornflakes
Prepare 6 dessert bowls. Whisk the quark with the milk, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and cappuccino powder until smooth. Dice the bananas and fold them into the cream. Place a handful of cornflakes in the bottom of each dessert bowl and spread the cream on top. Sprinkle the chopped almonds or hazelnut brittle on top. Refrigerate. Other fruit can also be used.
