Baked Maultaschen

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 Maultaschen
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into not-too-thin strips. Then arrange them in a lightly greased baking dish. Pour over the warm tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
