Pasta, broccoli, peppers, and ham casserole

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta of your choice
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 ml milk, low-fat
  • 80 g herb cream cheese
  • 80 g Gouda, grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente, along with the broccoli florets. Dice the bell peppers and the cooked ham. Briefly sizzle both in a well-coated pot without fat. Drain the broccoli and add it, then deglaze with the milk and bring to a boil. Stir in the herb cream cheese and simmer until melted. Drain the pasta, transfer it to a baking dish, add the sauce, mix everything together, and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
