Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g tortiglioni or similar pasta
- 400 g cooked ham, preferably in one piece
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- some breadcrumbs
- butter flakes
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Grease a baking dish. Dice the cooked ham and tomatoes. Layer the pasta with the cooked ham and tomatoes in the baking dish, with the pasta being the last layer. Mix the milk with the eggs and seasoning and pour evenly over the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the pasta and scatter butter flakes on top. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven.
