Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g creamed spinach
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pack of tortellini, from the refrigerated section, with beef filling, approx. 300 g
- 1 pack of tortellini, from the refrigerated section, with spinach and ricotta filling, approx. 300 g
- 50 g cheese, grated
- pepper
- nutmeg
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and place in a baking dish. Mix the spinach and cream and season. Spoon the spinach over the tortellini and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the dish at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes. You can, of course, use any other tortellini.
