- 2 bowls of shrimp

- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 5 eggs, hard boiled

Whisk together the natural yogurt, sour cream, cream, and ketchup. Then cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces and carefully fold them in. Open the can of mandarin oranges and stir a little mandarin juice into the mixture. Fold the shrimp into the cream and season with curry powder, salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of sugar. Finally, add the mandarin oranges. Let the shrimp salad sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
