Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g salmon fillet(s), fresh
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- n. B. spring onion(s)
- 2 tbsp capers, small
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- 2 servings of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 2 scoops of burrata
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- herbal salt
- n. B. Honey
- n. B. vinegar
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the salmon and spring onions and gently toss them in a bowl with the oil, lime juice, and chopped capers. Season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Peel and pit the mango and avocado, and slice as desired. Serve with lamb’s lettuce and torn burrata. For the dressing, combine the honey, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and herb salt to taste.
