Quick salad with trout and apple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of smoked trout fillet(s), skinless
  • 1 bag of mixed leaf salad
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • some mustard
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • some mayonnaise
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Cut the trout fillets and apple into equal, bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion and Parmesan cheese, combine the dressing ingredients, and season to taste (it shouldn’t be too acidic). Mix everything together.
