Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 500 g sour milk
  • 2 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and roughly chop it. Blend the pear with sour cream, cocoa powder, and lemon juice, and season with vanilla sugar. Pour the shake into glasses and serve.
