Beef with onions:
- Wash the beef, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Mix black soy sauce (2 tbsp), thin soy sauce (2 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), rice wine (4 tbsp), crushed garlic clove and tapioca starch (1 tsp) into a marinade and marinate the beef strips with it for a few hours. Add the hoisin sauce (3 tbsp), the collected marinade, coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches) and the chopped parsley (1 cup) and everything with the lid closed for about 10 minutes simmer / let simmer. Finally, thicken with the tapioca starch dissolved in cold water and slide the wok from the oven.
Spiced rice:
- Heat water (290 ml) with coconut milk (160 ml), salt (1 teaspoon), turmeric (1 teaspoon) and a piece of ginger (walnut-sized), stir in the rice, bring to the boil while stirring, cover on the lowest level for approx. 20 Let soak / cook for minutes and tear through with a fork.
