Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- margarine
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi, cut into slices about 1 cm thick, season with salt and pepper, and coat first in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. Heat margarine in a non-stick pan and fry the kohlrabi slices for about 5 minutes on each side. The kohlrabi should still have some bite. Serve with mashed potatoes.
