Tomato – cucumber – salad with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the cucumbers; if using organic cucumbers, you can leave the skin on. Wash the tomatoes and cut out the stems. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes, crumble the feta cheese, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
