Cucumber salad with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 40 ml water
  • 30 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • ¼ tsp caraway powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Combine the remaining ingredients in a marinade and pour it over the cucumber slices. Let it marinate for one hour.
