Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 150 g chanterelles, fresh
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, 200 g
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and finely chop the chanterelles, peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large, hot pan, add the finely chopped onion and sauté. Add the diced ham and fry. Add the chanterelles and mix with the onion and diced ham, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the crème fraîche to the pan and mix with the chanterelles, onion, and ham. Rinse the crème fraîche container with water, mix the remaining crème fraîche with the water and 1 teaspoon of instant vegetable stock, and add to the chanterelles. Bring to a boil. Place the pasta, which has been cooked al dente, onto the plates, pour the chanterelle sauce over it, and sprinkle with parsley. Additional seasoning is not necessary due to the seasoned ham cubes and the seasoning in the vegetable stock.
