Noodle curry with zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g ham (cooked ham), sliced
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 250 g tagliatelle, wide
  • 2 tsp curry powder, possibly more
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the diced onion in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Slice the zucchini, quarter it, and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ham strips, stir in the curry powder and crème fraîche, and bring everything to a boil. Season the sauce with lemon juice. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until tender. Finally, add it to the pan with the chopped coriander and mix everything together.
