Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g bacon
- 250 g chanterelles, fresh
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta, light
- 375 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 onions
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onions. Dice the bacon. Trim the chanterelles. Heat the oil. Fry the bacon and sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Deglaze with the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle and drain. Serve with the sauce.
