Minced Meat with Cauliflower and Potato Mushrooms

The perfect minced meat with cauliflower and potato mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Minced meat:

  • 250 g Beef meat
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Red chilli pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Rubbed marjoram
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Delicacy sauce for frying
  • 5 tbsp Cooking cream

Cauliflower:

  • 350 g Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Salt

Potato mushrooms:

  • 400 g Potato mushrooms / 6 pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

Serve:

  • 2 Small tomatoes
  • 8 Stalk Parsley

Minced meat:

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Fry the beef mince (250 g) in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp) until crumbly. Diced onion, diced garlic cloves, diced chili peppers. Add tomato paste (1 tbsp) and sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and stir-fry / stir-fry for a few minutes. Rubbed with marjoram (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), delicacy sauce for frying (1 teaspoon) and season with the cooking cream (5 tbsp) deglaze / refine. Let everything cook for a few more minutes and stir-fry.

Cauliflower:

  1. Divide cauliflower into florets, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 10 – 12 minutes and drain through a kitchen sieve.

Potato mushrooms:

  1. Peel the potatoes with the peeler, cut into decorative potato mushrooms with the help of the apple divider and kitchen knife and cook in salted water (1 teaspoon of salt) with turmeric (1 teaspoon) for about 18-20 minutes and drain.

Serve:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut crosswise and sprinkle with parsley stalks. Serve the minced meat with cauliflower and potato mushrooms, garnished with tomato and parsley.
