Pan Dish – Sweet Potato and Minced Meat Pan

The perfect pan dish – sweet potato and minced meat pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Sweet potatoes
  • 300 g Pork minced meat fresh
  • 250 g White mushrooms
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Exquisa “garden vegetables”
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Turmeric spice
  1. Boil the sweet potatoes, leave to cool.
  2. Cut the onions into small cubes and mix with the minced meat. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Put the minced meat + mushrooms in a large pan with hot oil and season with herbal salt + turmeric, fry well (stir again and again).
  3. In the meantime, peel the cooled sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes, and also dice the bell peppers. Mix the cream cheese with the hot vegetable broth (if you don’t like so much sauce, use less vegetable broth …).
  4. When the minced meat and the mushrooms are well done, add the sweet potato and pepper cubes and season with turmeric. The banana is cut into slices that are not too thick and also placed in the pan. Finally, the sauce is poured into the pan and the whole thing is carefully stirred. Let simmer a little over a low heat.
