Ginger Bread Spice

The perfect ginger bread spice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tbsp Green cardamom pods
  • 2 tsp Coriander grains
  • 1 tsp Whole cloves
  • 1 tsp Allspice grains
  • 0,5 piece Nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 heaped tbsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Ground anise
  1. Put all the spices in an electric coffee grinder and grind them finely. If necessary, chop half the nutmeg a little beforehand.
  2. Mix all ingredients, fill into a screw-top jar and let steep for 3-5 days until the flavors have mixed well.
  3. Store in a dark and cool place.
