Ginger Bread Spice
The perfect ginger bread spice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Green cardamom pods
- 2 tsp Coriander grains
- 1 tsp Whole cloves
- 1 tsp Allspice grains
- 0,5 piece Nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 heaped tbsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Ground anise
- Put all the spices in an electric coffee grinder and grind them finely. If necessary, chop half the nutmeg a little beforehand.
- Mix all ingredients, fill into a screw-top jar and let steep for 3-5 days until the flavors have mixed well.
- Store in a dark and cool place.
