Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cup(s) strawberries, very ripe
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hull the washed strawberries and mash them thoroughly with a fork or chop them with a hand blender. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the powdered sugar and strawberry puree, continuing to beat until a fairly thick cream forms. Pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
