Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml water, cold
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and season with salt and pepper.
