Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp spirit vinegar
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • ½ tsp dill
  • Pepper, 5 turns with the pepper mill
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Everyone just wants this sauce – easy and quick to prepare

Finely chop the half onion and gradually add all the other ingredients. Then blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Any leftover sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
