Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 sausages, Vienna sausages
- 1 egg(s)
- some flour
- some breadcrumbs
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the sausages lengthwise and open them slightly. Coat them first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan over medium heat. They go great with pasta and tomato sauce!
