  • 1 fig(s), ripe
  • 1 goat’s cheese, e.g. Picandou
  • 1 tbsp honey, tart, e.g. forest or fir honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, good old
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A kind of Caprese with other ingredients

Slice the fig and goat’s cheese and arrange them on a plate, similar to Caprese. Drizzle both lightly with honey and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
