Franzi's cream and mustard dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • Pepper, black, onion and garlic spice
  • Paprika powder, hot and mild
  • Cayenne pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • Herbal salt or sea salt
  • Herbs (salad herbs), dried
  • some honey, if needed
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

so good that you drink the rest from the salad bowl

Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Tip: The dressing is best prepared a day in advance. I always mix up a whole container and use it throughout the week. It keeps well in the fridge!
