Finely slice the garlic, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and dry it in the oven at 80°C for about 1 hour. Grind 4 teaspoons of the dried garlic in a mortar, then add the sea salt and grind again until the salt is finely ground. Pour into spice jars. It goes well with tomato and mozzarella, buttered bread, sauces, etc. Tip: It also makes a great little souvenir.
