Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g sausage (breakfast meat), a thick slice
  • 125 g corn kernels
  • 125 g peas
  • 1 bell pepper(s), color as desired
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice as usual. Dice the breakfast meat and fry it with a diced onion in a pan with a little oil. Wash and dice the bell pepper, then fry it with the onion. Add the cooked rice to the pan with the peas and corn and heat until hot. Finally, season to taste.
