Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 small onion(s), quartered
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • Rosemary, dried
  • Thyme, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme into a blender and puree with a hand blender.
