Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 ml milk
- 425 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 15 g dry yeast
- 10 g chocolate drops
- 15 marshmallows
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour
Buns with marshmallows and chocolate drops
Mix the milk with the yeast and heat briefly. Add the flour first, then the sugar, and knead everything well into a dough. Let the dough rest overnight. Roll out the dough and divide it into 15 small pieces. Roll out each piece and place a marshmallow in the center. Fold the dough over the marshmallow to completely cover it. Place 3 chocolate drops on each bun and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
