Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 500 g oat flakes
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 3 bananas
  • 80 g creamy peanut butter
  • 80 g liquid honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the oats with the walnuts and cinnamon. In another bowl, mash the bananas into a puree and mix with the peanut butter and honey. Heat the honey and peanut butter until combined and liquid. Then, mix the banana mixture with the oats until small clumps form. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes until browned. Turn everything over every 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool. Store the muesli in a dry, airtight container.
