Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • Salt
  • ⅛ liter vinegar
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions into rings, finely slice the bell peppers, season with salt, and mix well. Dressing: Bring the vinegar, water, sugar, and bay leaves to a boil and pour over the ingredients while still warm. Add oil and pepper, and let the salad marinate for about 24 hours.
