Quick after-work soup

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 25 g fat, (Biskin)
  • 500 g onion(s), in rings
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers, one green and one red
  • 1 small jar of tomato paste
  • 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup (curry)
  • 1 ½ liters of meat broth
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • possibly flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the Biskin and sauté the onion rings in it. Brown the minced meat in a little Biskin and add it to the onions. Dice the bell peppers and sauté them with the minced meat. Add the ketchup and tomato paste and pour in the broth. Season to taste and thicken with a little flour, if desired. Serve with bread, baguette, or rolls.
