Ultra-fast malt beer bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour
  • ½ liter malt beer, or another beer
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 30 minutes. Do a toothpick test for doneness. You can also add grated cheese, roasted onions, or diced ham.
