Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 pistachios
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the pistachios, chop them roughly, and mix with yogurt and honey. The low-fat version provides more protein, calcium, and vitamin D, but less saturated fat.
