Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of potatoes, boiled, leftovers
  • 1 serving of vegetables (e.g. cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi), cooked, leftovers
  • 1 liter vegetable broth or meat broth (depending on the leftovers)
  • some processed cheese with herbs
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This is how leftovers are reused sensibly

Combine the leftover cooked potatoes and vegetables with meat or vegetable broth in a pot. Bring everything to a boil, then puree until smooth. Add the cream and dissolve the herb cheese in it. Season to taste with spices, if desired. Serve hot. Tip: Meatballs or sausages of your choice are suitable garnishes.
