Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 8 mint leaves
  • e.g. coconut milk
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the baby spinach and add it to the blender. Pit the avocado and add the flesh to the blender. Peel the kiwi and add it to the blender along with the banana and mint. Since it will be quite thick, I recommend adding a little water. Blend as needed and pour into glasses. I like to add a little coconut milk, but it’s also delicious on its own.
