Kohlrabi and tuna vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 200 g tuna
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 1 tbsp, leveled butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the kohlrabi, then boil it in water for about 10 minutes. Thinly slice the onion and sauté it with 1 tablespoon of butter. Then add the cream, cream cheese, and tuna. Once the kohlrabi is cooked, drain the water and add the kohlrabi to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pairs well with turkey.
