Icy Chocolate Smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ⅛ liter soy milk (soy drink) or almond or hazelnut milk
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ¾ banana(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (raw)
  • 1 shot of agave syrup
  • 15 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

vegan, mercilessly delicious, healthy and can be spooned like an icy chocolate cream

If you have a high-performance blender, it’s best for consistency. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for one minute. This will make the smoothie creamy and slightly frothy. 1/8 liter of liquid will make it an icy chocolate cream, while 1/4 liter will make a drinkable smoothie. Delicious for drinking, but also for scooping like ice cream. The less soy milk and the more ice cubes you use, the more like a creamy ice cream it will be.
